New Body Challenge
The f.i.t New Body Challenge is a 12-week weight loss and nutrition training program with a difference!
Participants train in Teams of up to 8 with a personal trainer three times a week and get weighed and measured fortnightly (holding you accountable.) The emphasis is on education and group motivation, with 3 education sessions on nutrition, motivation and a supermarket tour to help to form a good nutritional basis from which to lose weight.
A friendly competition between challengers and teams keeps the motivation.
Biggest LOSER this is not!
Our first Challenge in Jan 08 saw fantastic results and feedback with the 24 challengers losing 144kg and 243 cm between them.
Fiona our winner lost over 22kg and 22 cm from her waist! Well done Fiona.
The New Body Challenge is set to become a regular feature of our calendar.
