So along with standard term memberships, our EasyStart CLUB memberships give you a pay as you go option for those who need a cashflow friendly alternative.
Easy start FLEX is a NO-LOCKED IN TERM Agreement.
Letting your cancel without reprocussions if you so need!
Although we believe in our facilities and service so much, we dont think you will ever need to leave

We also have the range of PUSH_ personal training packages to get you the results you dream of, by providing all the coaching, motivation and educationyou need  to receive great results quickly and effectively

FAQ
What do I get ?
On joining you will receive a individual assesment and program ( this may take 1 or 2 sessions depending on your level of comfort with exercise.)
You should then be familiar and importantly SAFE with your exercise program, your trainer will rebook a review appointment within a few weeks to check your progress.
We encourage all members to book regular review appointment to remeasure and up date thier exercise program. This is all included in your membership fees.
If you attend regularly in the first month you get a prize pack to reward your dedication to your new lifestyle!

Do I need to join? No, you are welcome to use the facilities as a casual user. Casual visit passes are also available. However to achieve great results requires some regular attendance in which membership is much better value.

How often can I attend? There is no limit to attendance, if you wish to train everyday talk to the trainers to make your program safe and avoid injury due to overuse. Heavy weight training without rest can be detrimental!
