This Skinny kid who transformed himself has a lifetime of weight training experience and in the last 12 months has completed his formal training education.

Troy manages our training team and is a prime example of walking the talk.

I have over 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry. I started in group fitness and moved on to manage community recreation centres and later into personal training and nutrition/life coaching at a major female health chain. I have worked for f.i.t Health & Fitness Centre for 3 years now and I am still as passionate & motivated about fitness as I was 10 years ago. I truly enjoy helping people & I feel life experience has made me a valuable personal trainer.

Starting a family has drawn a particular interest in helping women pre and post pregnancy but I am equally passionate about helping men & women alike with posture & core control through my love of Pilates.
