Boot Camp.

Boot camp is intense "military themed" training held at Goolwa beach and other outdoor locations involving running, sand hill and stair climbing, carrying sandbags and logs and team building exercises.

This is not for the super fit. It pushes you to your limit to achieve extra-ordinary results plus it is great fun.

Challenge yourself. 4 Weeks 3 mornings a week.

Bootcamp

I'm writing to tell you of my progress since I started bootcamp, the first day was very challenging that's when I knew I wasn't as fit as I thought, since completing the missions I have not only improved my fitness but lost 4.5kg, and dropped a whole dress size. I love the training. I felt I was really doing something for myself. Combined with a little bit of discipline with my eating I found the results really came. I find the morning workouts invigorating and starts the day with a bang. Also it gets done for the day and I can get on without worrying about making time for exercise.
I will happily join and recommend the next mission.
